The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. Where these Terms and a signed statement of work conflict, the statement of work prevails for that engagement. Content on this website — including articles, case studies, and estimates — is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice for your specific situation.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, probe or scan for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape content at scale, transmit malware, or use the site in any way that degrades it for others. We may suspend access for any use that breaches these rules. Forms on this site must be submitted with accurate information and only on your own behalf or with proper authority.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, code samples, and design — belongs to Asteriskk Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction requires our written consent.

For client engagements: unless a statement of work says otherwise, custom deliverables and their intellectual property transfer to you on full payment, while we retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how. We may identify you as a client and describe the engagement in general terms unless our agreement states otherwise.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asteriskk Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, revenue, or data — arising from your use of this website.

For contracted services, our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits such a cap (for example, in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate your access to this website immediately if you breach these Terms. Termination of service engagements is governed by the applicable statement of work; in the absence of specific terms, either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice, with fees payable for work completed to the termination date. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability — survive it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed agreement. We may update these Terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the date at the top always reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
